Brett Anz
Principal
Brett is a principal at TradeCor, which he co-founded during 1998. Mr. Anz actively works on all aspects of the business including strategic planning, new site acquisition, financing, and development. Since the inception of TradeCor, Brett and the TradeCor team have completed 200 single tenant and multi-tenant real estate developments valued at $500M+. Brett has experience in every major market in the US and currently focuses on Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Colorado.
Brett is one of the majority partners in a TradeCor affiliate, R&B Holding Company, which owns and operates six Rock & Brews Restaurants in Texas and Florida. In addition, he is the founding partner of AnzCo, LLC which is a real estate brokerage firm specializing in tenant representation.
Previously, Brett was a commercial real estate broker and completed 500+ transactions throughout the US. Prior, served as VP Real Estate for Century Entertainment, Blockbuster Video's Franchisee, London, UK.
Brett resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Antoinette. He loves spending time with his adult children Marisa and Nick. During his leisure time he enjoys tennis, hiking, and surfing.
