TradeCor, LLC is a real estate development firm specializing in restaurant projects and geographically focused in Texas, Florida, and Arizona.

The company was established in 1998. Since then, TradeCor has developed 200+ single tenant and multi tenant restaurant and retail projects totaling $500+ million in value.

During 2013, TradeCor purchased the franchise rights to Rock & Brews Restaurants for the states of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Florida. Currently TradeCor owns and operates six Rock & Brews in Texas and Florida.
