Britt Sanchez

Partner

Britt is a partner at TradeCor, which he joined during 2000.  Mr. Sanchez works on all aspects of the busines and directly responsible  for all legal and due diligence.  Since joining TradeCor, Britt has been critical to the acquisition and development of 200 properties valued at $500M+.  Britt brings 25+ years of real estate development expertise and is the managing partner for all acquisitions and development projects in Arizona.

Britt is a partner in TradeCor affiliate, R&B Holding Company, which owns and operates six Rock & Brews Restaurants in Texas and Florida.  Additionally, he is a partner at TradeCor’s affiliate company, CalBay Development, LLC,  which is a successful real estate development company active throughout California.

Prior to becoming a partner at TradeCor, CalBay, and R&B Holding Company, Britt founded RPM Enterprises, LLC which specialized in acquisitions and development for Walgreens.

Britt’s education includes: American Graduate School of International Management – Global Leadership Certificate Program, New Mexico State University – Bachelor of Business Administration with double major in Finance and Real Estate, and New Mexico Military Institute.
