Corey Hingson

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO for TradeCor, LLC and R&B Holding Company, LLC, Corey is responsible for managing the companies’ financial operations and budgeting / forecasting process, debt structure and banking relationships, reporting and compliance, risk management, insurance, organizational structure, and various strategic initiatives to drive incremental revenue.

Prior to joining TradeCor and R&B Holding Company, Corey spent 20+ years in the financial services sector, most recently with the Corporate & Investment Banking Group at Société Générale.  While at Société Générale, Corey served many cross-functional roles, including Co-Head of the TCF Energy Americas, Manager of the Dallas office, and Senior Banker.  

Within such roles, Corey’s responsibilities included (i) recruiting / managing a team in the US & Mexico, (ii) preparing / executing his team’s budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning objectives, (iii) providing debt financing and liquidity solutions to energy clients throughout North America, (iv) legal documentation review, (v) collaborating with rating advisory, M&A, and high-yield / equity capital market groups to advise on issuance strategy and optimal capital structure, and (vi) ensuring compliance with all operational processes and regulatory obligations.

Corey earned an MBA-Finance from Rice University, and a BBA-Finance from Southern Methodist University.
