Perry Mann

Principal

Perry is a Principal at TradeCor, which he co-founded during 1998.  Mr. Mann actively focuses on all aspects of the business including strategic planning, new site acquisition, financing, and development.  Since the inception of TradeCor, Perry and the TradeCor team have completed in excess of 200 single tenant and multi-tenant real estate developments valued at $500M+.  At TradeCor, Perry focuses his efforts in Arizona, Texas, and Florida

Perry is one of the majority partner in a TradeCor affiliate (R&B Holding Company) which owns and operates six Rock & Brews Restaurants in Texas and Florida.  He also co-founded TradeCor’s sister company, CalBay which is a successful real estate development company active throughout California.

Prior to becoming an active principal in TradeCor, CalBay, and R&B Holding Company, Perry was a commercial real estate broker and completed 100+ transactions value $125M+.

Perry resides in Manhattan Beach, CA.  He lives an active lifestyle with his two teenage children, Stella and Ben.  Perry is a seasoned waterman and enjoys surfing and paddle boarding.  During the winter season he enjoys snow skiing and snow shoeing.
